Cadets must notify the Administration Officer (Admin O) of any absences and leave requests in advance.

The preferred method of notification is the GOOGLE FORM.

Clearly state: in the boxes provided.

Your surname, given name, rank

Your division.

The dates you will be absent (if only one day, enter only From Date and leave To Date blank).

The reason for the absence.

(Cadets - you have 3 approved email requests and 3 AWOLS (total of 6) to qualify for perfect attendance. 

-Leave Request longer than 4 weeks MUST email the CO as well.
